5. SHIPPING:

Shipments will be made through the companies Correos Express Paquetería Urgente S. A., Rhenus Lohgistics S. A. U. and/or FedEx Spain S. L.. .

Shipping costs will be applied as follows:

For orders between 0,01 € and 44,99 € in products, the shipping cost will be as follows:

EU Spain PENINSULA: 4,95 €.

EU Spain Balearic Islands: 9,95 €.

EU Spain LAS PALMAS and TENERIFE: €20.95

EU Spain CEUTA and MELILLA: 16 €. Additionally, a payment of 16,50 € must be made, due to the DUA (Export Customs Clearance).

EU Portugal PENINSULA: 4,95 €.

For orders of 44,99 € or more, shipping will be free in Spain PENINSULA and Portugal PENINSULA.

When the user-customer adds the product to the cart and confirms the shipping address, the system will automatically show the shipping price mentioned above.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

9.1 The user has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, and for this purpose has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without penalty for its exercise; the consumer must be reimbursed the full amount of the purchase, ie the price of the product. In relation to shipping costs, these shall be borne by the user-consumer. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is not subject to any formalities, except for the fact that the return of the product is in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (provided that it does not go beyond the mere verification of the good condition and functioning of the product). We provide a form to exercise this right of withdrawal. .

Satisfaction guarantee: If at the time of receiving the product and, before exercising the right of withdrawal, the user is not convinced by the purchase, he/she can choose any of these options:

1. Exchange the product for a voucher of the same value as the product purchased and returned, to exchange it for another of the same value (if the price of the product is higher than the voucher, the user must pay the difference).

2. Exchange the article for another, if the price of the product is higher than the price of the exchanged product, the user must pay the difference.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt by filling in the form provided for this purpose. WITHDRAWAL FORM with your order number (to obtain a refund of the amount of the product(s) within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the order) together with your contact details. You must send it to us by e-mail to contact@eassun.com or by post, always within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order. After this period, you may only request the return or exchange of the product(s) for technical reasons subject to the guarantee of said product(s).

You must return the product with all the elements with which it was delivered, without damage or marks of wear of any kind, and that does not denote an inappropriate use of the good or different from the nature of the same to the address we have provided.

It is advisable to return the product in its original packaging. If this is not possible, the product will suffer a depreciation in value. The customer will be responsible for the packaging and protection of the product(s) being sent as well as the costs of shipping.

Provided that the products are returned within 14 calendar days, without damage or marks of wear and tear and complying with the requirements set out in this section, with the return number that we will have provided, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.

Remember that in any case the product must include:

- Return number provided

- Order number

- Date of purchase and date of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

9.2 Return of defective product : the user must inform Plaintex S.L.U. of the lack of conformity with the product within two months of becoming aware of it. In the event that the product is defective in origin, an email must be sent to contact@eassun.com with the order number and explaining the reason for the return. Our Customer Service Department will contact you by email or phone call telling you how to proceed with the return of the defective product and providing you with a return number.

The product(s) of the order must be returned to the address that we will provide you with all the elements with which it was delivered in perfect condition, without damage or marks that denote an inappropriate use of the good or different to the nature of the same.

Once the defective product is received in compliance with these requirements and it is verified that the product/s have a manufacturing defect, we will contact you to arrange the repair, replacement, discount or termination of the contract. In any of the above cases, the costs incurred will be borne by Plaintex S.L.U..

9.3 Return of a non-defective product : When the product has no defect and its return has been motivated by ignorance or misuse, Plaintex S.L.U. will contact you to indicate the steps to follow for the recovery of the product.

The shipping costs derived from the return of a product that does not present any damage or defect to the user will be paid by the customer and Plaintex S.L.U. will not proceed to the return of the product until it has received the payment in advance of the shipping costs. The verification by Plaintex S.L.U. that the product being returned is damaged as a result of misuse or deficient protection during shipment may lead to the cancellation of the Guarantee or cause a reduction in the value of the product.

9.4 Return due to an error in the order by Plaintex S.L.U.: When the product does not correspond to the one ordered, due to an error attributable to the company, the user must notify the company by e-mail as soon as possible; Plaintex S.L.U. will bear the cost of collecting the product sent in error and delivering the product corresponding to the one ordered.

9.5 Verification of Returns : The verification and checking of the products being returned will be the responsibility of Plaintex S.L.U. which, once at its facilities, will verify that they are received in compliance with all the requirements established in section 9.1. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the cancellation of the Guarantee or cause a reduction in the value of the product.

In the event that any of the elements are missing, the product will be returned to your home with a note indicating the missing content.

10.1 Refund of shipping costs: If you request a refund of the return shipping costs you must send the products by standard mail (ordinary letter). The responsibility for the shipment rests exclusively with the transport company or the means of transport contracted for the shipment. Any extra costs arising from the use of express delivery services shall be borne by the customer.

10.2 Refund for returns: In the case of returns, the refund of the amounts paid will be made through the means of payment used for the purchase. Plaintex S.L.U. will not refund the amount or resend any merchandise until the reception and state of the packaging and accessories of the product being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouse.

10.3 Refund period : the refund will be made within 15 working days of receipt and verification of the conditions of receipt of the shipment. The maximum period for payment is one month. In order to proceed with the refund you must provide us with the following information:

- return number

- Invoice and order number

- IBAN + 20 digits of your bank account.

10.4 Plaintex S.L.U. declines the reimbursement of the amounts if:

- The products are used or deteriorated, or their use has exceeded their nature.

- The products are missing any element.

11.1 Warranty : All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description.

All products have a warranty period of 2 years, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, except in exceptional cases in which it may be of a different duration.

If the product is defective, Plaintex S.L.U. will proceed to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract as appropriate, and these steps will be free of charge for the user and/or consumer. Likewise, Plaintex S.L.U. will be liable for any lack of conformity within a period of two years from delivery, for which the user must inform us of the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the time he/she became aware of it.

In the event that the Guarantee Law establishes that the product must be sent to the manufacturer to manage the guarantee, the Plaintex S.L.U. team will tell you how to proceed by e-mail or telephone call. In these cases Plaintex S.L.U. is not responsible for how the manufacturer processes the guarantee of said product.

11.2 Defective products : In the event of a defective product, Plaintex S.L.U. shall proceed to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract (as appropriate), which shall be free of charge for the user. Plaintex S.L.U. is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, provided that it informs Plaintex S.L.U. of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
