Javi Guerra, Spanish Marathon Champion 2023

The Olympic athlete won the MANN-FILTER Caixabank Marathon held in Zaragoza on 16 April and, in this way, he has won a new national title in this category, his fourth in his long career.

In spite of the weather conditions, marked by an intense wind, Guerra has imposed himself with a very high pace to the point of being just a few seconds behind the record of the race. In this sense, his final time was 2h11:42. With this great result, the athlete from Segovia has vindicated himself and made it clear that he still has a long way to go.
